Laugh your wits off with this rollercoaster ride of sorts. It’s the story of an interpreter who after several attempts, gives up on love and, on her 30th birthday, decides to take matters in her hand. Love or no love, she resolves to lose her virginity. Life, however, has other plans! Packed with ideas and ethics, each new day competes with the last one to make her re-evaluate life, and love.

Hi Madhuri...I enjoyed your book. I was going through a heart break and some things you wrote was absolutely true.I could relate to that feeling. I am still going through the phase, but I'm glad I read your book and I can sort of try to look at it differently, though it'll take time to heal :) To comment on the last chapter of the book..when the protagonist(Kaveri) reached Barcelona...I felt it was hastily written...but overall it was a nice read! Thanks so much for writing:)-Ananya

Hi Anil/Baljeet - You read my book a hundred times? That's awesome! I'm so so happy.

Hi Ananya,
First of all I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this bad patch. Remain strong and be true to your heart.

Secondly, I want to thank you for enjoying my book and praising me. It means a lot. (Humbled)

Lastly, I understand what you mean by the last chapter in haste. Lots of people wanted more from Kaveri but I felt it would drag on. The purpose to leave it like that was because in the begining Kaveri thought and thought about men, relationships and love. her head ruled her heart. I wanted to show how in the end, her heart takes over and lets her be happy.

Don't worry I am writing the sequel ;)

Love,
Madhuri

Please don't come up with the sequel! The book ended nicely (there could be no better end considering the kind life she was leading). However, do come up with more books. Best wishes.

I havent read the book as of yet. but i dont intend to either. Seems like your regular indian dilemma- morality vs causality. i'd've picked it off the shelf, but the excerpt i read... i couldnt find a single punch. after 20 lines from 20 different pages.

My humble suggestion: you can write. you can describe. you know your deal. but the deal doesnt know you. Style, is what makes the difference, in all cases. Its your signature. arey its your Banner, jee!

tc. fare well mademoiselle.
